Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk & Mask Parade - Friday October 17
The October Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk includes a Mask Parade of people and their pets. The parade will be led by Mayor Kyle Shipp. Costumes will be judged and prizes awarded.

About the event
The next Pittsboro Finally Fridays Arts Walk takes place on October 17 from 5–8 PM in downtown Pittsboro (Hillsboro St. and nearby areas). This month features a “Downtown Mask Parade,” inviting attendees and their pets to wear costumes and masks, starting at the Downtown Pop-Up Park (50 West Salisbury St.) through the Social District and ending with a Costume Contest and Award Ceremony at the Havoc Patio, led by Mayor Kyle Shipp.
Local pet businesses and organizations will be present at the Pittsboro Pop-Up Park (50 West Salisbury St.).
Activities like face decorating and pumpkin painting are offered at Page Vernon Park.
Mia Lucero will be painting Lil Bigman’s portrait outside of Pittsboro Gallery of Arts. Mia is known for her paintings of sheep.
Danny Gotham and Tom Meltzer will perform in front of the Pittsboro and Chatham County Welcome Center.
